Job Description: The Immunizing Nurse functions within a team of Public Health Practitioners focused on disease prevention through immunization, across the region. The primary function of this position is to work with Public Health Nurses to provide specific immunization programs to clients of Public Health Services
Required Qualifications

Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA) or Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan (RPNAS)
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Basic Life Support and Level C
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Effective and consistent application of the nursing process
Ability to perform the functions of the position, after unit orientation and training for certifiable skills
Valid class 5 driver's license

This is a regional position currently based in Shellbrook, some travel may be required.

Shift information: casual, potentially 12 hour shifts and on both weekdays and weekends.
