Description

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with extensive knowledge in baccalaureate nursing education. You will provide leadership and professional expertise to prospective and current College of Nursing students, faculty, and staff in the delivery of the BSN program.
Reporting to the Associate Dean, Academic, you will be responsible for leading the provision of supports and services to current and prospective students, faculty, and other staff across the province as required. You play a critical role in applying nursing knowledge and experience when creating or implementing processes and policies aimed at supporting student progress and well-being.

Qualifications
Registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or equivalent. Masters degree preferred. Minimum five years of related experience, preferably in a post-secondary or equivalently complex environment, is required. A valid Saskatchewan Drivers License is required.
Skills: Extensive knowledge of baccalaureate nursing education is required. Must be solution oriented, self-motivated, and innovative. Expertise in project management and the Microsoft Office suite is essential. You will work independently and as a part of a team with strong interpersonal and communication skills and be self-directed. You have the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently; meet competing demands and tight deadlines; and interact with others respectfully, with tact, discretion, and confidentiality and cultural awareness.
