Description

he Ministry of Social Services, Child and Family Programs division in the North service area requires two Child & Caregiver Support Workers for the Meadow Lake and Buffalo Narrows offices to provide services under the Authority of The Child and Family Services Act and The Adoption Act. You will provide a range of services designed to provide protective, preventative and support services to extended families, alternate caregivers, foster parents, adoptive parents, plus children and their families using the P.R.I.D.E. model and the Family Centered Case Management Model of practice.

To qualify for this position, you will possess a Bachelor of Social Work, Bachelor of Indigenous Social Work, or an equivalent Bachelor of Social Work degree from an accredited university, as approved by the SASW or CASW/CASWE.
