Working within a Supportive Apartment Living environment for pregnant and early postpartum women struggling with addiction issues, the Overnight Program Support Workers provide on site supervision and supports to residents guided by the principles of harm reduction and trauma informed practice. This includes monitoring the security system to ensure the safety of residents, transporting residents to and from the hospital or other locations in emergency situations and providing crisis support. Duties may also include cleaning and sanitization duties and cleaning of empty apartments on an as needed basis. Previous experience working within a group home setting and/or working with families with similar challenges are assets. A combination of education and experience will be considered. A valid Driver's License is required. Please note that this is an overnight awake position of 32 hours per week with opportunities for additional shifts.
