The Opportunity
In this role you will follow proper process and procedures to specification outlined for each specific order required for sand blasting and painting products.

The Team
You will work independently amongst a small team of painters and blasters in order to complete projects in a efficient manner and will report directly to the Production Manager.

Responsibilities
    Reads accurately tape measures in both the British and Metric systems
    Able to work outside in various weather conditions
    Cleans the inside of tanks prior to tanks leaving the blast area
    Forklift operation
    Knowledge of tank parts that are not to be blasted i.e. stainless steel, aluminum, and plastic accessories
    Understands, blueprints specifications and drawings
    Exemplary attendance record
    Proven ability to work safely
    Preparation of product for painting and/or coating application
    Operates equipment within the paint department
    Capable of cleaning the interior of tanks to specifications
    Completes spraying of accessories
    Completes plumbing tank requirements including meters, filters, hoses, unions, heaters, etc. without leaks
    Complete all other tasks as assigned


Qualifications
    Completion of grade 12 or GED
    Must be able to read blueprints
    Ability to work efficiently and effectively on your own with precise accuracy.
    Must be able to read a tape measure
    Production experience an asset
