Description

Kanuka Thuringer LLP is a well established law firm with locations in Regina & Swift Current, Saskatchewan.  We are currently seeking a candidate with a dynamic personality and excellent administrative skills for the position of main Receptionist in our Regina office.
Successful applicants will possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to quickly assess client needs and speak English clearly and concisely.  A professional presentation is key as the receptionist meets & greets clients, visitors, guests, vendors, delivery people & potential employees and in doing so creates the opportunity to make an excellent first impression on behalf of our firm.
Solid interpersonal skills along with competencies in Microsoft Office Suite are a must as well as former receptionist and administrative experience in a professional office setting.   The Receptionist position acts as the central hub of communication for the firm's Operations team so the ability to handle a multitude of varied tasks, in an efficient and timely manner, is important for overall success.
Additional duties include supporting the Client Services Administrator with Client ID and verification as well as special projects assigned by the Operations Manager.
If you enjoy creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere, with a focus on serving the needs of our clients, lawyers and staff, this may be the right opportunity for you.
Please include your references with your resume along with wage expectations.   All applicants must be resident in Canada and available to work in the city of Regina.  Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
