Description

Brandt is currently seeking an Ecommerce Specialist for our Digital Marketing team in Regina. This position is responsible for assisting in the development, management, optimization and success of our online commerce platform.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members in digital marketing, creative, sales, fulfillment, accounting and leadership to ensure a successful ecommerce solution.
Product onboarding  select products to sell through ecommerce, complete pricing analysis, recommend stocking levels, build product pages, imagery, videos and key selling points.
Marketing automation  utilize tools like Klaviyo to increase buyer conversion rates and attract returning customers.
Assist in development of ecommerce strategy  pricing, merchandising, shipping, and order fulfillment strategies.
Track, experiment and optimize checkout and conversion processes to ensure highest rate of successful purchases.
Collaborate with advertising and promotional teams to launch creative marketing campaigns for ecommerce.
Review analytics and recommend experiments based on analysis.

Required Experience:

Direct experience in building or managing an online ecommerce store or platform is required.
Experience working with BigCommerce, Shopify, Klaviyo, Shogun is beneficial.
B2B ecommerce experience is preferred but not required.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong attention to detail; scrutinize and polish the customer experience.
Strong communication and team work skills. Nothing big can be accomplished standing-alone in front of a computer.
Ability to work in an ambiguous environment. You are a fundamental building block to a growing organization.
Negotiation and persuasion skills will be an asset.
Ability to learn quickly; absorbing information and experiences and applying them.
Coding or programming experience isnt required but is beneficial.
Experience working in the heavy equipment industry is a plus.
