Description

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Strategy the Junior Pricing/Program Analyst is responsible for reviewing and analyzing the pricing strategy for Brandt-manufactured products. This positions focus will be to determine the best price point for Brandt products by closely examining the competition, industry standards along with internal development and production costs. The position will be required to work closely with cross-functional teams to determine and propose pricing and program recommendations.

Required Skills:

Extract and manipulate large data sets to regularly analyze competitive landscape, devise strategies and evaluate results.
Analyze changes in market conditions in order to develop, implement and track appropriate pricing strategies with the objective to achieve internal revenue goals.
Develop a reporting framework that is consistent across product lines, industries & customer segments.
Work closely with Product Planning, Engineering, Supply Management, Marketing, Sales, IT, and Accounting to jointly achieve revenue goals.
Develop and effectively communicate market/pricing/program strategies to leadership team.
Analyze business questions, devise strategies, and evaluate results.
Become proficient with internal pricing tools, process, and systems.

Required Experience:

Bachelor's Degree (Economics/Math/Stats/Business/Engineering/Computer Science)
1-5 years experience in an Analyst or role incorporating business decisions.  
Experience with and superior knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven fast paced environment.
Experience suggesting and implementing changes to processes and procedure.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Established history of demonstrating the ability to pay attention to detail.
Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
