Brandt is currently seeking a Product Manufacturing Analyst for our Regina, SK location. The Product Manufacturing Analyst is responsible to develop and maintain routings and standard times for all manufactured products at Brandt and insure the standard costs of all manufacturing work centres is accurate. This will require working with the Manufacturing Engineers, Cost Accounting, Design, Planning, and Purchasing. This position reports to the PDM Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Defining production routings that result in lowest fabrication cost while allowing production to meet the prescribed tolerances.
Apply standard times for the various manufacturing processes necessary to build a particular part or assembly.
Work with cost accounting to maintain accurate cost regarding each work center.
Participates in make/buy analyses.
Responsible for processing all information released by engineering which includes Item Master Definitions, Engineering BOMs, Engineering Change Notices to support operations at all manufacturing plants.
Required Skills:
Excellent organization and team collaboration skills
Well-developed written, and verbal communication skills
Required Experience:
5 to 10 years previous experience in a manufacturing environment dealing with Item Master Definitions, developing Manufacturing BOMs & Routings, and processing Engineering Change Information.
Technical education with focus on manufacturing, manufacturing methods, and product design
