We are growing our team! Southwest Homes is hiring Full Time, Part Time and Casual Direct Support Professionals for our Adult Group Home and/or Community Programs. Were looking for kind, capable people who want to help build a community where all people are valued and treated with respect, dignity, choice, and independence.

Southwest Homes supports and empowers people with intellectual and/or physical disabilities to achieve their goals and be valued members of the community. The work involves assisting participants in a residential and/or community program settings with planning, leisure activities, community engagement, and also helping with administrative support. Team members working in residential program settings also assist participants with personal care.

Requirements:
Able to build and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with program participants, and other team members
Strong teamwork ability, and excellent communication skills
Education and experience in related areas is an asset
Valid First Aid/CPR certification, or willingness to complete within 6 months
Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License/Novice 2
Submission of a clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check is required upon hiring
