Description

As the Marketing Manager you:

Using the dealership's values, mission and goals as a guideline, creates the marketing strategy to increase customer engagement, develop the brand and promote all aspects of the business
Lead the development and implementation of the annual marketing plan based on the overall strategy
Define and manage the company advertising budget
Support the merchandising and display strategy to ensure the showroom is used to provide solutions for customers that creates a dynamic and engaging experience
Lead the development and implementation of the dealer brand strategy through all mediums which includes print, radio, promotional materials, billboards and online platforms including company social media channels and website
Assess and analyze the results of company outreach tactics and adjusts future campaigns accordingly
Monitor trends and define customer segments to determine how to pursue segments through targeted solutions
Act as a liaison between the dealership and third party advertising vendors
The Ideal Qualifications for a Marketing Manager

5+ years of proven promotional, campaign, marketing and communication experience
Familiar with John Deere and competitive products an asset
Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, marketing, communications, or related field a strong asset.
Experience in graphic design or retail merchandising and associated software
Proven experience with digital marketing; social media, content development and engagement strategies to grow the audience.
Familiar with statistical analytic applications and market research practices an asset
Competency in Microsoft applications including Teams, Sharepoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Valid driver's license required to travel to locations and events.
