We have an exciting opportunity in the Department of Innovation, Energy and Technology for a goal oriented, customer focused and passionate leader. As the temporary Manager of Cross Functional Solutions, you will have an impact on IT strategy and business planning, contract and vendor management, metric and performance monitoring, end user client support as well as overseeing the management of the Citys print and mail services.
If you are proactive and goal-orientated and can lead and influence people, this may be an opportunity for you. You will have demonstrated exceptional communication skills in past roles where you were known as a leader that embraces change. To meet the challenges of this position, the successful candidate must have knowledge and experience of core management practices including program/service delivery models, policy development, strategic planning, budgeting, performance measurement and management of human resources. Superior communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to work with various stakeholders, customers, and staff in delivering department goals is essential.
