Job Functions
1. Capture and document information and procedures in the form of SOPs relating to Schulte Processes
2. Departments and/or areas responsible for maintain/creating SOPs for include but are not limited to fabrication, welding, paint, pre-assembly, final assembly, service, skidding, containerization and crating.
3. Create and execute a plan for documenting institutional knowledge and communicating best practices to staff through SOPs
4. Manage and maintain current database of SOPs
5. Update all existing SOPs to current format
6. When managing the SOP database ensure documentation is current and archived correctly when revisions are made
7. Perform the updating and revision of other procedures, policies as requested
8. Obtain additional training and participate in Lean initiatives as required by management
9. Perform work in other departments as needed

Education and Experience:
2 to 3 years working in a manufacturing environment is preferred

Experience working with, creating, and managing Standard Operating Procedures would be considered an asset
