The successful candidate will provide secretarial and administrative support for the Executive Director and staff as required. This work will be of a detailed and confidential nature. You will be required to have outstanding knowledge of office procedures and systems with a focus on proficiency. You will work with staff to provide information and support to clients and families that will require understanding, compassion, tact and positive communication.
In addition you will be responsible for:
Creating, editing and formatting documents
Creating and maintaining office processes and procedures
Establishing and maintaining manual and electronic filing and record management systems
Responding to phone, mail, electronic contacts in a timely and efficient manner
Ordering supplies, maintain and managing inventory
Manage SSS Social Media/Website content
Qualifications and Competencies
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Well-developed organizational, time management and prioritization skills
Proficient user in MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
Strong typing and data entry skills
Reception/Administrative Experience
