Description

AdSpark Communications is looking for a full time Photographer/Videographer to join our growing team.

In the role of Photographer/Videographer, you'll be expected to :

- Manage several assigned projects from start to finish, while working in tandem with team members and clients

- Execute on location photo and video shoots

- Edit photo and video content for various different channels such as social media, websites, etc

- Coordinate with team to setup and plan shoots

- Setting up the necessary lighting on location or in studio

- Develop scripts, storyboards and ideas for shoots

- Identify locations which are most likely to generate the best pictures

- Conduct observations and tests to determine which camera settings and equipment should be used



What we are looking for:

- 2 years (or so) of experience in the production of photoshoots and video productions, ideally both

- Demonstrated story-telling ability using a broad range of social media post types and tactics

- Strong knowledge of social media and online trends

- Good knowledge about best practices for each network (including, but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Youtube)

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Self-motivated team player with great ability to manage time

- Ability to travel for local day shoots if necessary, mileage compensated
