Job Description & Duties include but are not limited to the following;
Provide expert advice and support on policy coverage options to our customers.
Process motor vehicle transactions on a daily basis through the SGI system
Invoicing and processing payments for customer policies and premiums on account
Maintaining detailed records and correspondence
Service existing customers with claims when needed
The successful candidate must demonstrate the following;
Level I & II Insurance Brokers License; willing to obtain
Knowledge of the insurance industry is an asset but not a must
Experience in Customer Service and maintaining confidentiality
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to change in a fast-paced environment
Strong oral and communication skills
Computer Skills and basic operations of office equipment
Enjoys networking and maintaining positive relationships
Is adaptable to a work schedule with some variation
Strong work ethic both individually and in a group environment, handling multiple priorities
Attention to detail is a must with being organized, structured and able to meet deadlines
