Position and Responsibilities
As part of the Cigar Lake administration team you will be responsible for daily time sheet entry, contractor data management, and air traffic administrative duties. In addition you will provide clerical support, maintain employee systems and provide work schedules as required.
Air traffic administrative duties include maintaining current flight manifests and coordinating air charter requirements to ensure efficient movement of site personnel.
This is a six-month temporary position.

Education and Qualifications
Requirements of the position:
Air radio licence
Minimum 2-3 years of office administration experience, or equivalent
Possess superior organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft
Assets:
Business administration certificate
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
