We are hiring an Information and Technology Professional. The successful applicant will succeed in a fast-paced progressive company, enjoy working with people in a team environment and lead with excellence. This is a full-time salary role to support Avana with day to day technological needs, as well as onboarding, troubleshooting, and management of software. The IT Professional must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced progressive organization, along with a certificate or diploma in Information and Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee technology onboarding. Includes but is not limited to: Set up new google email address and signature. Set up new Mac laptop or complete full reset as needed. Create Apple profile with Avana email. Set up mobile phones and devices. Track assets. Download all needed programs and start accounts (i.e. Monday.com, Dropbox, Zoom, Microsoft 365, etc.) Set up and organize desktop with all ongoing apps needed. Administer Avanas network and email.
- Manage software/tech subscriptions, licenses and internal software.
- Manage IT security.
- Maintain IT Infrastructure and provide recommendations for future requirements
- Train new and existing staff on internal software programs.
- Manage, store and maintain Avana software.
- Navigate ongoing technology needs for existing staff.
- Managing the tech purchasing process.
- Plan and scope any and all new office needs alongside third-party partners.
- Properly manage and store Avana data, evaluating the organizations needs on an ongoing basis.
- Set up and manage VOIP phones for finance team.
- Manage employee technology off-boarding: remove emails, change passwords, backup emails when an employee exits. Ensure all technology access is removed. Collect all technology.
- Ensure all updates are done on all staff computers and assist if there are issues.
- Support the operation of Avanas website(s).
