Axon Software has an opening for a Front Receptionist!

We are looking for a driven, motivated and professional individual who is looking for a career as a member of our highly-energetic and fast-growing team. This is an entry level but very rewarding position that involves a range of skills, knowledge and willingness to learn the transportation industry, office and clerical best-practices.

Responsibilities:
The Front Receptionist will deliver an outstanding customer experience by creating a warm and welcoming first and last impression that exceeds
standard client phone call practices. This is achieved by greeting/acknowledging each client, identifying his/her needs, and providing prompt and accurate information, while maintaining a pleasant and professional tone when directing the customer to the appropriate department.

Skills:
Ability to operate and learn new computer software, enter and record accurate customer information from each call.
Answer the telephone in a professional manner, determine the clients needs and provide basic information about our company solutions or
direct and assign the client to the appropriate department.
Schedule appointments and call backs in a patient and timely manner, while maintaining general office duties and cleanliness procedures.

Qualifications:
Preferred applicants will have 1 or more of the following:
High school diploma or Post Secondary Education with experience using computer software programs  Microsoft Office, Excel, QuickBooks.
Exceptional customer service and time management skills with proven experience to ensure an outstanding end-to-end customer
experience.
Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
