Under the supervision of the Director of Programs and Program Manager, Program Supervisors, the Program Leaders will act as a positive role model and lead a variety of programs and activities for youth 5-14 years of age.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To lead and implement programs and activities such as arts and crafts, cooking, health and nutrition, physical activity and fitness, youth leadership and empowerment, and after school education programs.
- To supervise, mentor and develop youth in a safe, caring environment at all times while promoting positive youth behaviors, experiences and discussions, capitalizing on teachable moments and opportunities.
- To complete and maintain attendance forms and inventory lists, including daily program data and information.
- To perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the facility and program equipment as required.
