Description

Leading Thunderbird Lodge is a residential youth treatment facility.  The Lodge is seeking an efficient, organized and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Casual Administrative Assistant.  This position will provide back-up as needed for the current Administrative Assistant position in  their absence or as required, providing administrative/clerical support and reception services for LTL.

Some of the duties include:
    Answering the telephone and providing assistance to callers and redirecting calls as appropriate
-Greeting and directing visitors
-Filing, faxing and photocopying
-Pick up the mail and deliver as required

Qualifications:
-Grade 12 or equivalent and 1 years of direct work experience
-Valid drivers license
-Ability to operate basic office equipment
-Computer skills/email systems
-Ability to make decisions based on good judgement
-High level initiative
-Able to work in a team environment and also independently
-An addictions free lifestyle and promote their own personal wellness
-Ability to work in a Youth Treatment setting
