Description

The Technology Administrator provides exceptional technology based support and solutions to internal and external stakeholders of Accent Credit Union.  The successful incumbent will be a team player, who is knowledgeable in all things technology.  Leading the overall technology plan, the incumbent will provide user support, training, and recommendations to the management team regarding hardware and software upgrades and usage.

On a daily basis, you will liaise with staff in all branches, and our external technology support providers.  You have a keen understanding of computers, and are able to problem solve.  You are adaptive, and understand that sometimes computer related issues arise at the most inconvenient times  but your commitment to support and troubleshooting will problem solve in record time!  Accent Credit Union provides member service that is second to none, meaning you will ensure our member facing staff are adequately equipped to provide that service at all times throughout the business day.

There will be times, where you will wear your Project Coordinator hat, and will ensure smooth install and rollout of new systems, security systems, or Automated Teller Machines, just to name a few!  You are highly organized, and ensure that good communication with your manager and the appropriate parties is maintained at all times throughout the life of the project.
