Canada Golden is currently looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities:
Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate party
Handle office tasks, such as filing, coordinating the staff meetings, scheduling appointments and ordering office supplies
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Make travel arrangements
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Use computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
Greet and assist visitors
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Others required by manager
Requirements:
Post-secondary education
At least one year of administrative experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Multilingual may be preferred or required
