The successful candidate will have a ground floor opportunity to start an exciting career in manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Disassembly of large industrial bearings
- Bearing repair assessments
- Grinding and polishing of bearing components
- Assembly of repaired bearings
- Assisting with continuous improvement projects under the direction of the work cell team leader
- Autonomous maintenance of equipment as per daily check lists
Qualifications
- Self-motivated with interest in manufacturing
- Proven track record of reliability
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Work safely with focus on hazard identification and incident prevention
- Successful completion of the Pre-employment Program is considered an asset.
