Saskatchewan Polytechnics Learning Technologies (LT) department is seeking to hire a project manager.  LT is critical to Saskatchewan Polytechnics current capabilities and future growth. LT fills an important role in providing a robust learning environment for faculty, staff and students. LT provides services related to: curriculum development, online course delivery infrastructure, technology training, and audio visual services.

The Learning Technologies Project Manager (LT PM) reports to the director of Learning Technologies. The LT PM leads teams consisting of technical and content experts through the complete lifecycle of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing to successfully complete a wide variety of LT projects, ranging from curriculum development to infrastructure improvement.

The LT PM will ensure that projects follow best practices and industry standards. This position contributes to the enhancement and maturity of project and change management standards by promoting and developing procedures and best practices based on industry standards.  The LT PM plays an important role as a change catalyst, by identifying priorities and solutions required to help LT move forward in its strategic direction. This position also provides analysis and reporting services that are required to track a variety of data to help LT towards its goals.
