Facility: Bengough Health Centre
Job Description: The Nurse B Nurse is accountable for assisting the Community Health Services Manager (CHSM) during the day shift in assessing, planning, implementing, documenting and evaluating to facilitate the operations of the facility.

The Nurse B Nurse reports directly to the Community Health Services Manager of Bengough Health Centre or his/her designate.

Required Qualifications

Registered or eligible for registration with the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan (RPNAS) or Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing preferred
Experience
3 years nursing experience. Previous education and or experience in coordinating activities and personnel.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Project management skills
Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Supervisory skills
Computer skills in such programs as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Ability to promote a collaborative and team approach
Ability to apply research to nursing practice
Ability to maintain client/patient/resident confidentiality
Demonstrates ability to establish and maintain good interpersonal/consultative relationships and communication patterns
Demonstrated empathy working with marginalized populations
Demonstrated initiative, self-direction, organizational and leadership abilities
Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and effectively manage conflict situations
Demonstrate the application of critical thinking skills to responsible decision-making.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
