Job Description: Under the direction of the Community Care Manager, The Home Care Nurse provides professional nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, rehabilitative and emotional needs of the client in accordance with policy. The Home Care Nurse is in charge of nursing assessment and delivery for clients.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)
Valid Class 5 driver's license

48 hours of work in a 6 week rotation.
