Description

You will be responsible to provide after-hours support and on call daily support to ensure that our rules and policies are being adhered to and to respond to building crisis and provide preventative supports to tenants in need.

In this position you will be on a rotation of shifts for after-hours support/preventative services to ensure our buildings are safe and secure. maintaining reports of incidents and encounters with tenants or guests will also be required. Enforcing our building ban list as well as providing support and emergent case management to those struggling in their housing. You will be required to travel between locations, working alone, and provide assistance to our on-call staff as needed.

Responsibilities and Objectives
    ensure tenant safety in emergency situations (e.g. non-responsive tenants, etc.);
    respond to reports of breaches to our policies;
    participate in a supporting/ case management role in all aspects of maintaining housing for tenants;
    Assist in delivering tenant communication such as letters
    ensure the security and safety of our tenants by enforcing our ban list and intervening in behavior that does not follow our conduct agreement;
    provide emergency and backup coverage to all members of the On-Call team;
    address complaints and concerns regarding tenants as required;
    complete monthly reports as required;
    build and maintain positive working relations with all co-workers and PAHA teams;
    build and maintain positive working relations with all community resources that assist our tenants in their well-being.;
    report to the Manager, Tenant Services any tenant who violates any condition of the lease agreement or may be experiencing difficulty in living independently;
    report to the Manager, Tenant Services any situations where a tenant may be responsible for damages or may be charged a fee-for-service
