Qualifications:
-2 years of related work experience, specifically in company liaison and training roles. Remote lodge management experience would be an asset.
-A suitable combination of education and experience may also be considered.
-Possession of a valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Drivers License and current drivers abstract from SGI with a satisfactory driving record.
-Strong knowledge of training models, policies, and programs for service industry.
-Strong knowledge of Northern Administration District communities.
-Superior analytical skills and attention to detail.
-High level of professionalism, integrity and ethics.
-Ability to travel in all types of weather conditions on northern roads.
-Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects.
-Ability to communicate and respectfully interact with employees at all levels, clients, suppliers.
-Well-developed written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to develop and deliver presentations.
Duties:
-Key point of contact for local band members, residents, and for community feedback.
-Identify any business development opportunities that will benefit the community and company.
-Monitor key community trends and discussions and advise Head Office.
-Organize calendar of events for company to attend, coordinate all community events on behalf of ACLP.
-Attend job fairs and business forums on behalf of ACLP.
-Provide reports to Head Office as required on HR, Operations, Safety, and community activities on a weekly basis.
-Provide budgetary updates to Operations.
-Resolution of community complaints or project issues.
-Travel to meetings and appointments as required.
-Managing Exploration Sites.
-Site inventories.
-Communicate with head office and team leads at site to ensure contract obligations are being adhered to.
-Camp startup/shut down planning.
-Performs other related duties as assigned.
