Who you are:
You are an excellent cook and a strong team leader. You pay attention to detail, are well-organized and have excellent time management. You go above and beyond to provide a great experience for our guests. Red Seal designation is not required but considered an asset.

What you will do:
Lead, mentor, and manage a small team in a rustic remote location. You will manage food costs, inventory, and be responsible for ordering food and supplies for the weekly grocery run. Maintain standards for food safety, food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance. Ensure good relationships and communication with the client in a professional manner.
