We are a Recruitment Administrator to join our People Operations dream team! You will have a wide range of responsibilities that support the Talent Acquisition team in all things hiring.
Responsibilities
Support the Talent Acquisition team by posting jobs, sourcing/screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
Manage administrative tasks around hiring events such as co-op and internship programs
Perform various pre-onboarding tasks; coordinate and prepare communications and details for new employees first weeks
Execute marketing activities including registering and invoicing for all career fairs and working with the marketing team to create and post social posts
Assist in execution and support of strategic initiatives to further build out and enhance our employer brand
Track and manage our employee referral program
Conduct regular audits of posted jobs and update postings as needed
Answer employee queries about HR-related issues
Engage in ad hoc projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event) and employee requests
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
Partner with the People Operations Administrator to assist with immigration support to employees through programs we engage in.
Skills and Qualifications
1+ year experience in an administrative role; HR/recruitment administration considered a strong asset
Business Administration Certificate or equivalent education considered an asset
Proven ability to effectively use computer programs, including Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects in an ever-changing environment
Top-notch interpersonal skills through phone, email, and in-person communications
Capable of working independently on a broad variety of tasks and projects, while exercising effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations
