Job Description: This Nurse Practitioner position will provide a full scope of practice in conjunction with the client, family and other care providers in long term care to develop, implement & provide holistic treatment, interventions & support.
Required Qualifications

Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing preferred
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA) as an RN (NP)
Experience
Three full time years experience as a registered nurse
Current Level C Basic Cardiac Life Support
Valid driver's license, vehicle and ability to travel
Strong communication and public relations skills
Experience in community needs assessment, community development, and health promotion
2 - 3 years experience as a Primary Care Nurse or Nurse Practitioner preferred

60 hours of work in a 3 week rotation.
