Description

Reporting to the Supervisor, Environmental, Laundry and Food Services at the All Nations Healing Hospital, this position works as part of an interdisciplinary team and will be responsible for providing a clean, sanitary and safe environment for clients, patients, residents, staff and visitors. The successful candidate will work within the Environmental Services department, but may be cross-trained to work with the Laundry and Food Services departments.

We are looking for an individual who is interested in joining a high functioning team and will provide casual relief. The successful candidate must be available for weekend and weekday work and may be called at any time during the work day to cover shifts.

Qualifications:
    Grade 10
    Prior experience working in an environmental services department in the healthcare field
    Knowledge and experience in infection control, isolation techniques and universal precautions
    Ability to work independently
    Basic computer skills
    WHMIS training would be an asset
