What you'll be doing:
* Provide high level confidential administrative support to the CEO and Board of Directors
* Provide strategic calendar management to the CEO to ensure optimum efficiency
* Prepare agendas, pre-meeting materials, meeting minutes and follow-up items for the CEO and Board of Directors
* Attends all Board committee meetings - Governance, Fund Development, Finance, Audit and Risk and CEO Performance (when appropriate).
* Collaboratively support all teams, departments, projects, and initiatives within the organization
* Other duties as required
What you'll need:
* Post-secondary education in a related field Administration, Business, Marketing, etc.
* Advanced computer skills including expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
* Strong verbal and written communication
* Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain confidentiality, using discretion and good judgment
* Flexibility regarding assigned working hours to accommodate monthly board meetings
* Previous experience in a similar role is encouraged but not required
* Current Criminal Record Check
