Description

On behalf of our established wealth management client, which is one of western Canada's largest independent wealth management firms; Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a dedicated, hard-working individual to fill the role of Trading Administrator to assist in supporting their investment portfolio.

In this role you would be providing administrative support to our client's advisors. As a member of the team, your work will be integral to help plan and manage client investments. You will play a key part in supporting and servicing high net worth client accounts. Youll provide ongoing support to a team that goes above and beyond for their clients.

Responsibilities:

-Work directly with Advisors to help build and maintain strong client relationships and grow our wealth management business.
-Assist Advisors with onboarding new clients, processing trades and confirming client transactions.
-Deal directly with clients, providing administrative services (i.e. responding to client inquiries regarding their account details, processes etc.).
-Maintain account lists and compile statistical information and reports.
-Assist with servicing existing clients
-Process and follow-up on client documentation for proper maintenance of accounts.
-Perform additional administrative duties as required.

Skills & Experience

-Ability to deliver a high level of client service
Communication; verbal and written
-Proven effective time management skills.
-Problem solving skills
-Meticulous attention to detail and handling of confidential client information
-Ability to prioritize, multitask, and provide necessary follow up
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
-Extensive experience and working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
-Working experience in the financial industry is an asset (Min. 3 years experience).
