Express Regina is looking for an administrative/accounting clerk for a six-month term position. The ideal candidate would be experienced in an admin/finance type setting, possesses a certificate in a finance or accounting program(or two-year equivalent experience) and is well versed in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel.
In this role, you will be responsible for the data entry and management of the AR/AP functions including coding, invoice generating, answering phones, and assisting with front desk coverage and day to day administrative tasks.
What we look for:
-One to two years of experience in an office setting
-A great knowledge of Quickbooks and AR/AP
-Well versed in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
-Self-motivated with efficient problem-solving skills
Great communication and organizational skills
