Payroll and Benefits Administrator
Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, the Payroll and Benefits Administrator is responsible for assisting in multiple activities relating to company bi-weekly payroll and benefit functions. This includes timely and accurate processing and reporting of payroll data for the company employees. Working within the Human Resources group.
The Payroll & Benefits Administrator will also be responsible for:
- the administration of the company benefit plans including but not limited to Group Health and Dental and Group Registered Retirement Savings Plans according to established guidelines
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills will be required as communication
- Client inquiry assistance will be a key component within this position
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures
- As well as other duties as assigned to assist with team requirements
