Reporting:        Directly to the Product Manager  AGI - Swift Current

Core Function:    Based in Swift Current, under the direction of the Product Manager, the Farm Service Coordinator will coordinate all aspects of the farm service unit.
Responsibilities:    
    Organize, distribute, and verify the work of others and participates in their training within the service unit.
    Act as a resource person.
    Deal with customer/employee requests, inquiries and complaints.
    Develop service procedures, policies and standards.
    Order parts and equipment, control inventory, and maintain computerized information systems within the unit.  
    Perform administrative and accounting tasks appropriate to the activities of the unit.  
    Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
    Collaborate across all departments and ensure regular interaction with all levels of leadership
Requirements:    
     Knowledge in providing a great customer experience
     Knowledge of leadership methods and techniques
     Proficiency in English
     Working knowledge of customer experience software, databases, and tools
     Awareness of the industrys latest technology trends and applications
     Ability to think strategically and to lead
     Strong client-facing and communication skills
     Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
     Knowledge of service aspect essential
