We're looking for a Network Lead to join our team to enhance all aspects of Affinity's enterprise systems.  

What you'll do:
- Evaluate, recommend, configure and implement changes to enhance the enterprise network infrastructure, including developing business cases, aligning to security policies, participating in projects and ensuring user awareness
- Monitor systems, investigate and remedy incidents of network services, LAN/WAN connections, and data centers
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and support infrastructure for business-critical workloads
- Monitor security alerts and notifications on managed devices while identifying, investigating and resolving security risks

What you've got:
- A post-secondary diploma/degree in a related field, plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced expertise and technical knowledge in at least two of the following network infrastructure technologies: routing and switching fundamentals, next gen firewalls 802.1x authentication, VPN and load balancers
- Experience leading projects and working collaboratively with other project stakeholders
- Ability to conduct leading practice research to discover, analyze, and recommend innovative processes
