JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, caring and energetic individual who likes being around children and working as part of a team to join the staff of Community Connections as our Full-Time facilities cook.

Successful candidate will be required to provide a criminal record and vulnerability check and a Safe Food Handling certificate.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Preparing nutritious meals and snacks for up to 50 children daily
- Knowledge of nutrition and an ability to plan a menu
- Weekly grocery shopping
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Other duties as needed

SPECIFIC SKILLS:
- Food prep work
- Cooking home-style meals and snacks for up to 50 children
- Washing dishes
- Cleaning kitchen area and work area
- Manage kitchen operation
- Work with minimal supervision

Monday to Friday
