Description

We are seeking a Community Health Representative (CHR) to join the Standing Buffalo Dakota Team Health Team. The Health Department manages a full spectrum of programs and services supporting community members health and well-being. It is a permanent full-time salaried position.

Graduation from a post-secondary program in social services, public/community health, nursing, or equivalent is considered an asset.
Excellent working knowledge of public health programs and services.
Extensive experience working in a community health setting including development, delivery, monitoring, and evaluation of health, social, and senior services programs.
Experience working in a First Nations community setting including knowledge of First Nations culture, traditions, and values considered an asset.
Able to supply a clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector.
Valid Class 5 Drivers License & Clean Drivers Abstract required.
