Description

We are seeking applications for an
Office Administrator/AP/AR Clerk for work in our Yorkton office.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

-Admin support to all Managers, including reception, typing, faxing, and document preparation as directed.
-Process and enter all incoming A/P & A/R.
-Maintain licensing on company vehicles & trailers.
-Filing, organizing, and other office work as required.
-Window quoting using our Pro Window Program, training will be provided.
-Must have experience in payroll.
-Must have experience in filing and dealing with GST/PST & Payroll Remittance.


Key Behavior and Skills Needed For This Role:

-Superior Time Management skills.    
-Above-average oral and written communication skills.
-Proficient with Simply Accounting software, Excel, Word and Outlook.
-Ability to work independently.

Educational Requirements and Pre-Requisites:

-1-3 years experience in an Administrative/AP/AR/Payroll role.
-Preference is given to those applicants with experience using Simply Accounting Software.

Criminal Record check will be required.
