The Role:
Your Role in the Company:
As the first HR Manager in an organization with over 80 people, you will have the opportunity to shape policy, create procedures and evaluate all HR functions. You will use your skills and experience to oversee personnel management, including the performance planning/review cycle, employee benefits administration and compliance with company policies. You will also work with the partners to determine staffing requirements and oversee the recruitment process. The HR Manager will act as a champion of the culture, organization, and team.

The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 5+ years of Senior HR experience
Bachelors degree required in HR Management, or a combination of relevant education, training, and experience.
CPHR designation preferred.
Strong business acumen to align both business objectives and HR strategies with corporate goals
Skilled in examining operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing HR initiatives
