Job Requirements
College degree
At least 3 years retail sales experience
Superior organizational, conflict resolution, time management, and negotiation skills
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results
Job Duties
Respond and handle customer issues by using good judgment and logic in solving problems and making decisions within the job scope
Assist with communication of our value proposition of the products to the customers and assist in the development of sales training methods that support
Gather quantitative and qualitative data on what is and is not working through the sales process
Manage all tactical pricing and promotions across the acquisition sales
Responsible for equipment cleaning and inspection
Responsible for the training and supervision of employees to ensure the smooth running of the company business
Make weekly sales plan to improve sales
Maintain inventory counts
Statistics and analysis of goods damage
Check inventory on weekly basis
Plan merchandise display to maximize sales
Balance and count daily cash and deposit cash on daily basis
Fill up the unexpected working hours if needed
