The SPSA is seeking a well-organized, detail-oriented, and team player for the position of HR Coordinator in the HR Division/Branch. Reporting to the HR Executive Director, the position will:
Lead the data gathering and first level analysis supporting SPSA workforce planning, mid-year and year-end reporting, reorganization support, entitlement liability, sick leave trends, etc. This includes the development of reporting, consultations with clients, and coordination and collection of information.
Provide advice and feedback to the Financial Administration Leads for the Agency related to HR data management (MIDAS, Discoverer, Taleo, etc.) and integrity. This will include leading actions to ensure data integrity and the review of HR data including data creation to disposal, audits and reconciliation
