What youll do:
The Food Store Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of the Grenfell Food Store including inventory control, budgeting, staffing, asset protection, and health and safety. The Manager will provide leadership, direction, and support to ensure the business delivers trusted products and services to the local community.
Ensures standards for brand and merchandising, marketing, image, safety, human resources and asset protection are met.
Prepare, administer, and be responsible for the achieving budgeted goals related to pricing, sales, margin, expenses, and inventory.
Maintain inventory controls, image and fixed assets, and perform administrative duties.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
You have experience in a retail environment (6  9 years) and have 3 years of leadership experience
Youre experienced in leading a team with a focus on customer service.
Youre honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
