The Human Resources Manager position will join established manufacturing operations in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. Serving the total need of the Leon Ram organizations (www.leonsmfg.com; www.ramindustries.com ), this role supports executive efforts to ensure attainment of Company objectives.

Recruiting and development of hourly/salaried employees is the primary need. Working with Department Heads will include employee & department monitoring to ensure objectives are met in an accurate and timely manner. All aspects of HR management will be included, plus managing needs addressing deficiencies within departments, processes, performance or customer service.

This high performance individual requires an ability to be simultaneously involved in many areas to assist personnel & departments achieve their goals, including recommendations regarding new hiring, training, terminations, restructuring and upgrading.

Preferred candidates will have management skills & 10+ yrs experience in screening, interviewing, and recruiting job applicants; excellent verbal & written communication skills, postsecondary training related to HR, and an understanding that Company growth is the primary source of employee growth and security.

This permanent position is new and will commence with the successful candidate established in Yorkton to work at our facility. The City Yorkton is center to the 3rd largest trading area in the province.
