Great Plains Restaurant Inc. O/A Prairie Donair Weyburn, SK  is looking for 1 Full time Food Service Supervisor for the restaurant. Applicant to have secondary school completed and work experience of minimum one-two year in fast paced food industry. The candidate is expected to have good oral and written English skills. Some of the job duties will be:

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Establish work schedules
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
Ensure food service and quality control
