We're hiring this position for Raymore Esso Restaurant Location.
Responsibilities
Maintain restaurant inventory, ordering more napkins, linen and cutlery as needed
Monitor food preparation
Responsible for quality control: food, customer service, restaurant cleanliness and preventing hazards in the workplace
Ensure established standard of food safety and sanitation are maintained
Organize shifts and schedules for all staff members
Consistently review operations and staff to identify any problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement
Handle customer questions and complaints
Perform daily accounting and reconciliation of restaurant finances
Develop advertising and marketing strategies via traditional and social media outlets
Dealing with Saskatchewan Health (such as food safety, food inspection), government office, landlord and more if needed
Requirements
A degree in restaurant/hospitality or business/management is preferred however, post-secondary education of any kind will be considered if the candidate has relevant experience
Must be fluent in English; knowing Vietnamese language is an asset
Possess pro-active guest service skills, strong leadership skills, a professional presentation and excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, enthusiastic, and have a sales-oriented personality
