Job Description: The Human Resources Management Partner (HRMP) is part of an overall Partnership Model created to provide strategic human resources advice and leadership through analysis, support, guidance and resolution on a range of system, program and process matters. The HR Partnership Model works in conjunction with Communities of Expertise (CoE's), including specialized HR services, Finance, Quality, Safety and Strategy, and other supportive services. The HRMP acts as a main point of contact for operational leaders within the assigned service area and provides strategic advice to these leaders in achieving their business goals. The HRMP leads and supports the employee experience and HR processes such as employment, performance, labour relations, employee wellness and accommodation, etc., as well as organizational results and provincial SHA consistency by ensuring HRMP's are key partners with operational leaders in strategy formulation and implementation.

Within the HRMP service area, and as part of the leadership team, the HRMP works collaboratively with leaders on employee and team development, daily visual management, employee engagement, work design, and change and transition. The HRMP maintains an effective level of business literacy and has shared responsibility for achievement of the work unit's goals and objectives, including people-centered care, promoting a problem-solving
culture and operating within a budget. As the main point of contact for internal clients at the Director or Manager level, HRMP professionals are frequently included in broader business discussions and meetings to support operational leaders in achieving their business and operational goals.


Required Qualifications

Valid Class 5 driver's license
A Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Bu
